This B-dubs has by far the worst service of any other one of the restaurants in the chain I have visited. Our food came out wrong and we had to ask multiple times to get it right. Several times through the meal we would have servers try to drop off food we did not order. I asked for a beer refill several times before I received one. Then when the bill came there was a charge for a beer for each time a refill was requested. The food is what you would expect from Buffalo Wild Wings but the service is awful. I would stay away from this particular location, unless they get their act together.

Need to watch sports on 20 different tvs all at the same time? Need to eat wings? Need to be served by a pregnant waitress*? This is the spot for you! I have heard of this chain before but had never been in until recently when we stopped in for lunch. I don't eat chicken but there were several items on the menu I could have ordered. I ordered the Roasted Garlic Mushrooms (served with a southwest sauce) and the Fish Tacos (you pick your sauce from the chicken wing sauce options) and enjoyed both. If you are trying to avoid fried foods, don't come here, because everything was fried. I'm not sure I'd order the mushrooms again because they were a little too heavily fried for my taste. My fish tacos were good but I made a rookie mistake by selecting the 3rd hottest sauce they have, MANGO HABANERO. Here's how that happened: Waitress: Fish Tacos ok, and what kind of sauce do you want on the tacos? Me: oh, umm, let me look at the list (reads all of the hot sauce options) well, I guess the mango sauce would go well with fish tacos, so I'll do that. ++++++PRO TIP: The sauces are listed from top (mild) to bottom (Burning fire hot). Mango Habanero is third from the bottom. So basically I ordered one of the hottest sauces by accident. I like spicy stuff, so it worked out, but it definitely was intense, so don't mess around with the bottom sauces unless you came to party. * 70% of the waitstaff was pregnant. Great service on our visit.

I have fallen in love with the sweet bbq sauce on their pulled pork sandwich. This is one of the chain restraints that I look forward to going to. I'm not into big commercial restraint chains, but here I'll make an accretion. In recent experiences of ordering takeout was not so good as sit down. What I mean by this, the food tasted off. The first time I ordered I asked for ketchup, and extra napkins. Later when opening the box niter of them were there. To me this is just a minor mistake so I give take out a second chance. Same results. No ketchup or any napkins, even after asking. Over all this is one of my favorite chain restraints, with a efficient service, and good wait staff. I don't recommend ordering take out, but if you do have time to sit down and enjoy the family friendly, sports bar restraint.

We like the food here! I only gave a 4 star review because It took quite a while just to get 12 wings and some fries. They appear to have a kitchen issue here, certainly not the friendly servers!

I've always loved coming here for some wings, trivia and a nice beer. Last visit was disappointing. I sat down, ate and everything was good until I went to pay the bill with a gift card that I got for my birthday. Server came back saying it wasn't activated and she brought the manager over. I presented her the receipt with all of the activation information on it but she said the card was dead and there was nothing she could do. She did kindly take $10 off the bill but it still irks me that my sisters hard earned money was wasted. Haven't gone back since.

Great place to watch the games, good service beer and wings. Can be tricky getting a seat during big games so get there early.

Why such low ratings, Yelpers? B-Dubs may be a formula but at least they're consistent and fun! I strayed from my usual rut of medium boneless wings and tried some of the Caribbean Jerk sauce - WHOA NELLY! Definitely hot and a good flavor - somewhat sweet and strong herbs. Good stuff. My sinuses thank the wings for clearing them out. Good thing the Diet Coke was coming out quickly since I went through it fast with these! They have a Michigan beer list, however it's a bit misleading as to what they actually have. Our waitress didn't seem too up on what they were serving and had to check with the bartender multiple times... bit of a bummer there. Also beware - their big beer list is the "corporate" list, and they didn't have a lot of what my hubs wanted. Humpf. But whatevs, it's B-Dubs and we'll be back soon.

BW3, wings and beer! Traditional Wings on SALE Tuesday, Boneless on Thursdays! But on SALE nights the Ranch, Blue Cheese and Celery/Carrot sticks do not come with... you have to order them seperate and pay for 'em! So Watch Out! Just like any wings joint... lots of TVs, good wings, and really decent bar food! The Hot BBQ boneless wings are my favorite... but I do LOVE the Asian Zing Traditionals as well! Wait staff can be really hit or miss. I've had a few waitress who were really spectacular. Very peppy, lots of energy, knew the menu, and offered new ideas...like Roasted Garlic Mushrooms!! Then again... some people you just want to ask to leave the service industry and find something they really enjoy instead! They serve Michigan Beer... and that's a good thing! 3 STARS

Love coming here. Always great service and you can always count on great boneless wings. I love the desert heat dry rub. It's amazing. I also love getting mango habanero and Asian Zing bbwings. I love so many of there sauces.

Typically I love BDubs. It's basic and you get what you pay for, nothing fancy, just decent wings and beer. Unfortunately I do not have the heat tolerance I would like so sometimes I like to drink milk with my wings (no I am not 10yrs old, but I do love milk). When I asked of they had milk and if I could have a carton, the waitress said she had to ask her manager...thought that was weird, but when she came back she said I'm sorry but the managers won't let me give you the carton of milk because they said it looks too tacky. "If we let one person have a carton, then everyone will want one" as if it would cause a complete milk carton pandemonium. Big deal, I can't have the carton, but unfortunately the waitress told me what the manager said...rule #1 in customer service: NEVER call your patrons tacky, or any other less-than-flattering term. I always like the wait staff but most of the managers seem like a-holes(speaking from other non-mentioned incidences). I'm sure I'll revisit the establishment, but I know better than to expect to much from management.

Great place to watch the game or the fight. Beer is always ice cold and Bruce the bartender is awesome. My only negative feedback is the lack of local brews on tap. Most likely a copra rat decision rather then in house management. Always something on one of the 40 or so flat screens. Good service in the dinning area as well. Beats the hell out of the traverse city hooters

Kind of excited to try this when it opened. We've been a few times now. We learned to get the bone in wings as they have much better flavor, the boneless were not great. I must be too old now to appreciate the atmosphere it's busy and loud and a younger crowd (which is great for this town). I am getting alittle spoiled in my old age I guess, cause I was a little put off by being served wings in a cardboard tray. Kinda felt like kentucky fried (which i like, but it doesn't like me). Only this place seemed on the pricey side for the style of serving and the level of food, Don't get me wrong I like the wings but to go in and sit down and have a picnic style dinner and pay $40.00 for the two of us is fine once in awhile, but not an every week kind of thing. Gald they're in town and will get more wings from them.

This just opened next to that fake Apple store. I'm sure a lot of guys are excited by this one. Wings, beer, and 360* of flat screens perfect for NCAA tourney (altho changing the channel could take awhile).

I like sports bars, they typically have a fun atmosphere, even if though I'm not "big into sports", but BWW is a little much. I felt over-stimulated by the audio-visual aspect of the place. No matter where you turn, there's a TV. They boast having Michigan Craft Beers on Draft, but their selection is very small and is the typical Michigan beers that you can find anywhere. I was very disappointed in the boneless wings as well as the classic wings. The boneless wings were so heavily breaded that parts of the breading were soggy, and there was not much meat to them. The classic wings were overcooked and again, hardly any meat of them. The service from our waitress was ok, but one of the other servers came up and interrupted her while we were trying to order. Very disappointing. They have food runners there, which I really don't think is necessary, especially when they forget things, like the coleslaw that was supposed to come with my food. I really did want to like BWW because it's very close to where I live, but for the price and the poor quality, I don't think I'll go back.

Really enjoy the Buffalo. Good, (not great) tap selection, fast service and they stay open late. I was in with my friend a while back and we had an assortment of flavors, I believe that the min order for a flavor is 6? which is nice because I'm always crying in my beer at the end of a blazing session and it allows me to wash down those 6 with a tasty brew and 6 more Mango Habanero. At any rate, although the wings are consistent in flavor and are always tender, what I've found is that the wings at BW3 in Mt Pleasant are much bigger???? Weird huh. Seems like they'd all come from the same source. Anyway, I really dig the BW3 and it's the only place to get wings at 1am.
